On your device. Keep E Box syncs directly with your mail provider; there is no Keep E Box mail server in the middle.
Pro is tied to your Device ID. After payment the app picks up your license automatically within seconds, and re-checks it periodically. It keeps working offline for up to a week between checks.
In the app: Settings → Plan → Manage billing. Cancelling at the end of the period keeps Pro until the paid time runs out; cancelling immediately returns you to Free.
Yes — Free is a complete mail, contacts and calendar client and will stay free.
